SGW/F – High speed machine for the production of small cable chains

Description

Automatic machine featuring high productive capacity for single cable chains with a speed of 400 links per minute. With a simple replacement of some particulars, the machine can be suitable for working wires till a max. size of 0,60.

The endowment of the machine is completed by the cutting unit, which can be adjusted in height, the third movable rod, the chain density sensor, the electronic speed regulator with brake, the electronic wire tensioner and the lamp.

• Tested carbide tool for single cable chain for SGW/F from 0.10 up to 0.60, for SGUW/F from 0.15 up to 0.60

• Tested carbide tool for double cable chain SGW/C from 0.10 up to 0.40.
